Skin of elbow
Regio cubitalis · Kůže lokte
Skin & appendages
Looks like
Thick, loose, wrinkled skin at the point of the elbow; thin skin in the crease at the front.
What it does
Lets the elbow bend fully; the front crease is where blood is taken.
Keeping it well
Dry, silvery plaques on the point of the elbow are typical of psoriasis. The crease is a classic place for eczema.
