Terms of use

1. What the apps are

Anatom and Anatom PRO are educational and entertainment software about the human body. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan and not a medical device. Nothing in them replaces a doctor. In an emergency call your local emergency number (112 in Europe, 911 in the USA).

2. No warranty

The apps are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Anatomy and medical knowledge change and the content may contain errors. You use the apps at your own risk.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damage or loss arising from using or being unable to use the apps or relying on their content. Where the law does not allow excluding liability, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the app (for Anatom, zero).

4. Anatom (free)

You may download, install and use Anatom for free, for any lawful purpose, on any number of your own devices. You may pass on the unmodified download.

5. Anatom PRO (paid)

  • A purchase gives one person a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Anatom PRO on their own devices.
  • Please do not share the PRO download or resell it. A school, clinic or company buys one licence per person who uses it.
  • Updates are free while we publish them — at least for a year or two after purchase. We may stop publishing updates; the version you have keeps working.
  • Refunds follow the policy of the shop you bought from.

6. Ownership and third-party content

The apps' code, texts and design © 2026 riengi labs, all rights reserved. The 3D anatomy models and other third-party content keep their own licences (CC BY 4.0, CC BY-SA 4.0, CC0, CC BY-ND 3.0 IGO and others), listed on the Licences screen in the app; nothing in these terms limits the rights those licences give you.
