Looks like

One or two small lymph nodes behind the knee where the small saphenous vein ends.

What it does

Filter lymph from the skin of the outer foot and back of the calf.

Keeping it well

Can swell with infections of the heel or outer foot; relevant in melanoma of the lower leg.
