Bulbourethral (Cowper's) glands

Looks like

Two pea-sized glands below the prostate beside the urethra.

What it does

Release clear pre-ejaculate that lubricates and neutralises the urethra.

Keeping it well

Rarely a problem; pre-ejaculate can carry sperm and infections, so it is not a barrier to pregnancy or STIs.
