Looks like

A few nodes on each side of the heart's sac, along the phrenic nerve and its vessels.

What it does

Filter lymph from the pericardium, diaphragm and nearby lung surface.

Keeping it well

Rarely felt or noticed; they may enlarge in lymphoma or with cancer spread from the chest.
