Clitoris

Looks like

Mostly hidden: a small glans, a body that folds back under the pubic bone, and two arms running along the rami.

What it does

Sexual sensation and arousal; it has no other known role.

Keeping it well

Nothing needed; pain, tightness or a hood that will not retract is worth asking about.

Its parts

• Glans of the clitoris
• Clitoral hood (prepuce)
• Crura of the clitoris
