Skene's (paraurethral) glands

Looks like

Two pinhead glands opening either side of the urethral opening.

What it does

Add fluid at arousal; they come from the same tissue as the male prostate.

Keeping it well

Nothing routine; when blocked they form a tender cyst next to the urethra.
