Muscles
Looks like
A forearm muscle from the inner elbow bump to the base of the index finger's hand bone.
What it does
Bends the wrist and tilts it toward the thumb.
Keeping it well
Powered by the median nerve; its tendon can become inflamed at the wrist. Rest and splinting usually help.
