Muscles
Looks like
A deep forearm muscle from the ulna and the membrane between the forearm bones, with four tendons to the fingertips.
What it does
The only muscle that bends the tips of the fingers.
Keeping it well
Its tendon can tear off the fingertip when grabbing a jersey ('jersey finger'); not bending the tip needs surgery within days.
