Looks like

A small triangular muscle at the back of the elbow, from the outer elbow bump to the side of the ulna.

What it does

Helps straighten the elbow and steadies the joint when turning the forearm.

Keeping it well

Sometimes involved in outer elbow pain; usually settles with rest and exercise.
