A few nodes along the external jugular vein, on top of the sternocleidomastoid muscle.

What it does

Filter lymph from the skin of the ear and the angle of the jaw.

Keeping it well

Often felt as small soft lumps during colds. Enlarging nodes with night sweats or weight loss need a doctor.
