Brachioradialis

Looks like

A long muscle on the thumb side of the forearm, from the lower outer upper arm bone to the lower end of the radius.

What it does

Bends the elbow, strongest with the thumb pointing up, as in lifting a hammer.

Keeping it well

Powered by the radial nerve; hammer curls train it.
