Extensor carpi ulnaris

Looks like

A muscle on the back of the forearm, from the outer elbow and ulna to the base of the little finger's hand bone.

What it does

Straightens the wrist and tilts it toward the little finger.

Keeping it well

Its tendon can slip or get inflamed at the wrist in racket sports; clicking and pain need assessment.
