Left inferior phrenic artery

Looks like

A small paired artery arising from the aorta or the coeliac trunk, running up onto the underside of the diaphragm.

What it does

Feeds the diaphragm and gives branches to the adrenal gland.

Keeping it well

It often feeds liver cancers or bleeding from the upper abdomen; radiologists sometimes block it in those cases.
