Lateral head of triceps brachii

Looks like

The outer head of the triceps, starting from the back of the upper arm bone above the radial nerve groove.

What it does

Straightens the elbow, especially against strong resistance.

Keeping it well

Powered by the radial nerve; a fracture of the arm bone can hurt that nerve, causing wrist drop.
