Triceps brachii

Three heads of muscle filling the back of the arm, joining into one tendon at the elbow.

What it does

Straightens the elbow, and steadies the shoulder from behind.

Keeping it well

Balance pushing with pulling; its tendon is what hurts after a lot of overhead work.
