Nodes in the front of the neck, between the two sternocleidomastoid muscles, near the voice box, windpipe and thyroid.

Filter lymph from the front of the neck, voice box, windpipe and thyroid.

Keeping it well

Thyroid and voice-box cancers spread here first. A lump in the front of the neck, or a new hoarse voice lasting three weeks, needs checking.
