Bicipitoradial bursa

Looks like

A sac between the biceps tendon and the front of the radius, near the tendon's attachment.

What it does

Lets the tendon glide as the forearm turns.

Keeping it well

Can swell and cause pain or nerve pressure at the front of the elbow; seen on ultrasound or MRI.
