The outer limb of the Y-shaped bifurcate ligament on top of the foot, from the heel bone to the cuboid.
What it does
Binds the heel bone to the cuboid at the outer midfoot.

Sprained with ankle sprains; can pull off a flake of bone from the heel bone's front process.
