Pisotriquetral ligament

Looks like

A short band between the pea-shaped pisiform and the triquetrum on the little-finger side of the wrist.

What it does

Holds the pisiform, a small bone set in the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon, against the triquetrum.

Keeping it well

The joint beneath can develop arthritis, giving pain over the heel of the hand on the little-finger side.
