One or two lymph nodes just above the inner elbow bump, beside the basilic vein.

What it does

Filter lymph from the ring and little fingers and the inner forearm.

Keeping it well

Enlarged with hand infections, and sometimes with lymphoma or other systemic disease; a persistent lump needs checking.
