Left superior cerebellar artery

Looks like

A branch from the top of the basilar artery, winding around the midbrain to the upper surface of the cerebellum.

What it does

Supplies the upper cerebellum and part of the midbrain and pons.

Keeping it well

Its blockage causes unsteadiness and clumsiness. Its loop pressing on the trigeminal nerve is a common cause of trigeminal neuralgia.
