Left little finger
Digitus minimus manus sinistrae · Levý malík ruky
Skeleton
Looks like
The fifth digit, the shortest finger: three phalanges on the fifth metacarpal.
What it does
Adds strength to grip, especially power grip, and helps hold objects across the palm.
Keeping it well
A bent-down knuckle after a punch is a 'boxer's fracture'. Contracture pulling it into the palm is usually Dupuytren disease.
