A branch of the superior trunk passing through a notch at the top of the shoulder blade.
What it does
Moves supraspinatus and infraspinatus (rotator cuff) and brings feeling from the shoulder joint.
Keeping it well
Can be trapped by a cyst or in overhead athletes, weakening outward rotation; blocked for shoulder pain.
