Looks like

A middle cerebral branch running up in the groove just behind the sensory strip of the brain.

What it does

Supplies the sensory cortex and the front of the parietal lobe.

Keeping it well

Its blockage causes numbness or clumsy sense of position on the opposite side. Sudden onset needs an ambulance.
