Heart & arteries
Looks like
An artery running forward and up between the two brain halves, over the arch of the corpus callosum; the two sides are joined by a short link.
What it does
Supplies the inner surface of the frontal and parietal lobes, including the area that moves and feels the leg.
Keeping it well
Its stroke causes weakness mainly of the opposite leg, sometimes apathy and bladder trouble. Aneurysms form where it joins its partner.
