Looks like

The other end branch of the posterior cerebral artery, running back on the inner surface of the occipital lobe.

What it does

Supplies the visual cortex through its calcarine branch, plus the precuneus and back of the corpus callosum.

Keeping it well

Its blockage causes loss of half the visual field in both eyes on the opposite side — an emergency.
