Left posterior medial choroidal artery

Looks like

Small branches of the posterior cerebral artery curving around the midbrain to the roof of the third ventricle.

What it does

Supply the choroid plexus of the third ventricle, the pineal gland and parts of the thalamus and midbrain.

Keeping it well

Rarely a problem alone; can feed tumours of the pineal region.
