A branch of the callosomarginal artery reaching the paracentral lobule on the upper inner edge of the brain.
What it does
Supplies the brain area that moves and feels the opposite leg and foot, and helps bladder control.
Keeping it well
Its blockage gives weakness of the opposite leg and sometimes leaking of urine. Sudden onset is an emergency.
