A middle cerebral branch running up and back over the back of the parietal lobe.
What it does
Supplies the upper and lower parietal lobules, which handle spatial awareness and touch recognition.
Keeping it well
Its blockage on the right can cause neglect of the left side of space. Sudden onset needs an ambulance.
