A band on the palm side of the lower forearm joint, from the radius to the base of the ulnar styloid, part of the TFCC.
What it does
Holds the lower ends of radius and ulna together as the forearm turns.
Keeping it well
Torn in wrist fractures and sprains, causing an unstable, clicking wrist on turning the palm.
