Right superior lobar bronchus
Bronchus lobaris superior dexter · Pravá horní laloková průduška
Respiratory system
Looks like
The upper lobe bronchus; on the right it leaves the main bronchus very early, just 1–2 cm below the windpipe split.
What it does
Carries air into the upper lobe and divides into its segmental bronchi.
Keeping it well
Its very early right-sided origin matters when placing breathing tubes; a tube pushed too far can block it.
