The sleeve around the extensor carpi ulnaris tendon in its groove on the back of the ulna at the wrist.
What it does
Lets the tendon glide and keeps it in the groove as the wrist turns.
Keeping it well
The tendon can slip out of the groove or become inflamed, causing ulnar-side wrist pain, common in tennis and golf.
