Keeping it well
Drink normally, do not hold on for hours. In women, many simple bladder infections settle on their own; antibiotics clear symptoms faster and prevent some kidney infections, at a cost in resistance. Fever or loin pain needs same-day treatment. Blood in urine always needs investigating.
