Heart & arteries
Looks like
A small early branch of the left anterior descending artery running to the outflow funnel of the right ventricle.
What it does
Supplies the outflow part of the right ventricle and often joins the right conus artery in a ring (Vieussens).
Keeping it well
Can act as a bypass route when a main artery is blocked; small and rarely a problem alone.
