Cut, tear and grind food, and shape speech.
Keeping it well
Fluoride paste on the surface cuts decay by about a quarter; it is meant to be spat out, not swallowed, and a child needs only a smear. Sugar frequency beats sugar amount. Enamel does not grow back.
